Hi Vimm, it's great that this problem is now solved (except for FreeLoader).
And while you were solving this problem, I found two more problems on this site.

1) Some Xbox 360 video games are missing from the Missing or Outdated Media category.

2) I don't know how to describe the problem more specifically, but the thing is that for some reason, on most pages of the mobile version of the site, it's like this.

I had this problem when I once turned on "Desktop View" in my mobile browser, and now I don't know how to solve this problem.

I've regenerated the WBFS for Donkey Kong Returns.

Several beta discs had their WBFS mangled by WIT which can't process their partitions. I've regenerated them with NKit.

FreeLoader is a special case since it seems to be a GameCube disc. Not sure it's valid to make a GameCube WBFS but NKit for Windows does while NKit for Linux errors out. I'll try reporting it.
