The 3DS vault doesn't include eShop games at the moment. hShop already has that game as well, so it's already preserved and will be included in a 3DS eShop vault if and when such a vault is added to Vimm's Lair.
I decrypted the Senran Kagura Burst (USA) .cia into a .cci file that works with Azahar, most ROMs of this game online are EU or JPN since the american release was an eshop only. Theres any chance i can send it to someone so it can be verified and uploaded to the vault?
