Now it’s clear why this happened.
And by the way, I found another problem, but this time in the WiiWare Vault.
Mii Channel has a duplicate (different pages with Mii Channel now have one dump, instead of different dumps for them).

Looks like Redump switched from "United Arab Emirates" to "UAE". The Vault will pick it up in the next scan.
