Re: I suggest the page prepares to store PS4 and X

Not to mention the sheer volume of games on those two platforms alone. Even if was just games that have a physical version, some of those come with a hefty patch update to fix numerous issues, or, in cases like later Call of Duty games, be playable. It would just be unfeasible on a platform like this. About the only thing needed here right now (though is thankfully accessible elsewhere) is PS3 updates and DLC.
Besides that, there are still a (very) small number of games releasing on PS4 still.

Since PS4 and X are still supported by developers, it would be unwise to offer these games and bring unnecessary attention to this site. Archives such as Vimm's lair are few and far between these days as it is. Also, considering this is entirely a labor of love project by Vimm, and completely self funded, expecting him to just drop money on additional storage (especially given the current market), is simply unreasonable. Lastly, I see comments to this day complaining about bandwidth speeds, imagine if huge 20+ gig files were suddenly offered here. I've visited this site off and on since the early 2000s or earlier, and people were complaining about download speeds then, and only 8 and 16 bit files were available for download. Bottom line is, people will never be happy.
