I got it figured out. The instructions say to apply the patch to a headerless ROM but they lie. The final result has two headers but it seems to work. I've added Dragon Quest III to The Vault.
Can someone upload a Patched version of Dragon Quest III for the SNES? It was recently translated into English by DQTranslations, but I can't get the game to work after I try to patch it myself.
