Hey I made a new player and went 12-0 with no save state and still didn't unlock the circuit. Do I have to redownload the rom? Or does it just not offer special circuit?

Alright that's fine with me I felt guilty using save state anyways :). But it comes in handy for games you cant save, and like in super mario world, after you get 2 feathers and yoshi before you start a stage, so you dont have to walk back to the secret area over and over.
