I've never used it, but I believe Kega Fusion has .Avi Logging. You can give that a try.

Hey, I'm trying to find a Genesis emulator that lets me record video. Preferably something that can convert an emulator movie file into a viewable movie file like an .avi
Either this, or some tips on how to record a Genesis game without dropping some money on a program.
