ehhhh....you probably just ran across someone's link or torrent for a complete GOODxxxx set of the atari systems. Programmers tend to keep their emulators packaged separately from the roms, what with the whole violating copyright thing. As far as 2600 emulators go I think Stella has been the best, but Tricob probably knows more about Atari emulator so you wait for him to weigh in.
The only reason I can fathom as to why you would want all of the ROMs for those ancient systems is that you like having totally arbitrary collectible objects (TACOs). You might enjoy THIS SITE then. It provides complete refined (removes bad and overdumped roms) GoodXXXX sets.
Wheres that Atari Emulator that had every Atari game released for 2600,5200,7800. maybe even more. all i know is there was an emulator that i downloaded, and like every Atari game was already on it. Anyone remember?????? and can give it to me if they can?? thank you..
