Nevermind then. It does appear that everything is back to normal. Don't forget to change the bold update on the front page when you feel the site is 100%.
Also, does Vimm's Lair have any problems with Internet Explorer 8? The most recent Windows XP critical update tries to install it, so be on the lookout for that.

Ack, are they really still down? I thought I got the last of them fixed last night.
Unfortunately I can't seem to find a recent full backup of everything, though I managed to pull a good portion off before the drive finally gave out. It served Vimm's Lair well for 8 long years so I can't complain. In the meantime I've been filling in the gaps from an old backup. Aside from that everything else should now be restored, though I'm sure I'll be running into corrupted downloads here and there for a while.
On the plus side, I've taken the opportunity to upgrade Vimm's Lair to the P4 generation. Vimm's Lair's web server is no longer running on a Pentium 3 and has entered the 21st century. Hooray!
