need name of game (awesome game)

it was this sweet game i found years ago on this site, youre a captain of a ship and you trade goods and get into naval battles with pirates. you can capture cities and other ships, look for treasure, etc. i forget what its called and what system it was for. the soundtrack was oldschool classical like bach and haydn. lil help? im goin nuts here
