Don't know if anyone emailed you help, but anyway... I just tried SNES Super Metroid on Snes9x (Windows) and it worked fine.
What is your OS?
Did you select the correct OS when you downloaded the emulators?
If so, try again. Could be an incomplete file.
Snes9x (Windows)quick-guide:
-To install, double click the .exe, unzip to preferred location.
-Go to that location/Snes9x and copy games into the Roms folder. (On this emu they don't need to be unzipped- not sure about others)
-Launch "snes9x.exe"- Go to File>Load Game... and navigate to the game.
Look around the website of whatever emulator you're trying. They usually have some useful info in their docs/FAQ/Forum.
I am a little new to this entire idea of this ROM gig, but it's all very exciting and interesting. Just asking for a little help here.
My friend and I successfully downloaded all the emulators(NEW, SNES, GEN, and N64). We also were able to get some SNES games like Super Metroid. The problem says that there are no files to be extracted. I am sure this issue has been discussed b4, so I do appologise. If someone would be willing to walk me through the entire process, I would be eternally grateful. Even better for the site master is that I do intend to buy SEVERAL RARE games that I miss from my childhood.
