The best emulator is ePSXe. You'll also need plugins for graphics, sound, and possibly CD/ISOs and Controller.
You'll also need some PSX BIOS. you're on your own there.
You can find some ISOs at EmuParadise. PSX ISOs are much larger than 8- and 16-bit system's game ROMs. You should also know that not all PSX games emulate at 100% or at all.

im so tired of trying to get a playstation emulator to work, including the games. it seems totally different from nintendo, super nintendo, genesis, n64 or any of that. can someone please help me? i need the best emulator and a site with working roms, if someone could show me that, including how to get the roms to work on the emulator so i can play it. sorry to be a bother, but i just dont know what im doing to get them to work and need ur guys help...
