I've seen others who wanted to do that worry about finding compatible drivers. I wonder if that's just your good luck or maybe a benefit from some versions of 7 having a voluntary downgrade option.(?)

Instead of ending XP support in Apr. 2014, MSFT should drop Vista and give everyone still using it an upgrade to 7. ;-)

Yeah Windows 7 sucks. Not as much as Windows Vista, but still sucks. Windows XP is probably as good as it gets. Win7 came installed on my netbook, which can only have 1GB of RAM so most of my resources were spent just using the damn OS. It's updater was crap too, it found critical updates but could not download them. After hours of fiddling with it I gave up and formatted the whole damn thing and put XP on it. Now I love my netbook.
