It seemed to work (at least until the title screen) using ePSXe from the Emulation Lair.
Mind you, I have a brand new windows 7 computer, every rom on this site runs perfectly (mostly)
I, however, have never been able to get this specific rom to work, regardless of the emulators I've used.
Anyone have any suggestions?
