You don't change the format.  You run the ISO or BIN file.  :-)

Heyy so the Legend of Dragoon CD 1 (I am guessing it is CD 1) is in .cue format. From looking at other posts and looking into some magical information I have realized .cue files do not work with ePSX!
Does anyone know how to change the format of said file?
