First, you'll need to configure ePSXe.  When you first run it, it should force you to go through a configuration wizard.  Just set things as you like, but YOU MUST tell ePSXe where the PSX BIOS is on your computer (typically named SCPH1001.BIN ~ the BIOS is required to run most PSX emulators).

After you've done all the config junk, you'll need to decompress your 7z file of FF8 (7z is sort of like a ZIP or RAR file).  You can download a free program to do that at the 7-zip site.

Finally, from ePSXe's menu, select FILE... RUN ISO... then select the FF8 file you unpacked.  Hopefully that'll do it for you.

This is my first time trying this out, i already downloaded the ePSXe Emulator, I downloaded 7z, now what do i do? I downloaded ff8 but not sure how to do things. help :/
