Sounds like there's a problem with your DirectX 9.  I think that means you have Windows 7 and the emulator is native to Windows XP or something.  Try downloading and running

so this is my first time downloading and everytime i try to use it, it says that the program cant start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. ive downloaded it like 4 times and it wont work still what am i doing wrong??????
