I am not. When I try to download the game I am redirected to a page that sates the following. "Duplicate headers received from server
The response from the server contained duplicate headers. This problem is generally the result of a misconfigured website or proxy. Only the website or proxy administrator can fix this issue." However, it seems I can download it if I use Internet Explorer, although sometimes the download becomes interrupted.

Are you using a download accelerator? Try disabling it and seeing if the download works afterwards.
