Once the order is handed off to PayPal's cart they control the process so I never handle payment information directly. Does the account have enough to cover the whole purchase, item plus shipping? All prices are in US dollars, so is your account possibly in a different currency (like Canadian)?
the vault store will not let me purchase any thing because it
says i do not have suficient funds in my paypal account and wants a
credit card #. i have enough funds to cover the item i want!
