New Tool for translation NES to Spanish

I made a new tool to translate NES roms
Called RomTranslator although that name already there.
It performs the following functions:
Decrypt the Encrypted Roms (with 2 methods, rotation and Xor byte, by a keyword).
After looking all beyond words, for methods with many options
Example: Search uppercase, lowercase, numbers, with more than 3 characters, with a certain amount of repeated letters, allowing repeated spaces, space changes by another character. Texts and soon with the last character, with bit 8 on
Then allows modifying texts without leaving the fields
Also modify every word is stored in a dictionary, and the dictionary can be used in the new roms. then try to do bulk translations.
Also make ISP, patch files, to create the translations as patches.
