Vimm I am glad that you got to be with such a great cat for so long. I have never been so lucky. The only cat I was ever fond of was only with me a few years. I would rather enjoy the company of a cat like Alfred than anyone I curently associate with other than most of my imediate family. May Alfred rest in peace.

You have my sympathy. I have lost a cat that ment a lot to me, and a few that didn't.
