The server is finally fixed and Vimm's Lair is back to normal again. The GameCube Vault was finished a couple months ago and now the games are being wiped to make them smaller. Basically, GameCube games have a bunch of garbage data inside that is never used. By replacing it with all zeros it zips up smaller (with no side effects!) so it will download quicker.
