Duck under his sword and then jump on it when it's stuck to the wall before it disappears. Use the sword to jump on the switch above, which will cause the ball to swing across the screen and hit Pete.
I've played Mickey Mania since I was a little kid, but I've never figured out how to beat Pete. I've got him as far as when the ball and chain and the two switches on both sides of the room appear, but after that I can't figure out how to attack him. Any help?
