Signatures are currently broken for 99% of the people here. They used to work before Vimm redid the boards.
I must not have been clear. I edit the signature URL field with an appropriate URL, but once it is saved the URL I entered disappears leaving no entry in that field so my signature does not show up.
That was a mouthful.
