Long time visitor, first time poster ;)
It's funny that I stumbled upon this post, as I rarely check the boards. I went to download P64, as I've misplaced my other copy of it, and ran across the malicious site warning as well.
I wouldn't mind seeing a repackaged version of it. On that note, if you are concerned about stepping on toes by doing so, perhaps you could instead pop a warning before redirecting to the site explaining why browsers flag it as malicious?

I would give the user the option to download either one if at all possible; have both versions available.
