My thinking was that anyone still running Vista must be pretty hardcore. Maybe even hardcore enough to join this competition.

I'll have to wish you luck trying to find a participant. That OS was very poorly received, and it really doesn't give you any advantages over Windows 7. The only people I know of who still use it do so only because they can't afford to software upgrade to Windows 7.
