For ZSNES, press 7.
For SNES9x, go to Input -> Enable Mouse.

I can't seem to operate the game with either my keyboard or my mouse, and the fact that I'm able to type this message confirms that they are working properly, and I can play other Super Nintendo ROMs just fine except for Mario Paint o.o

Has anyone else had that problem?
