I imagine the impact it has on Vimm depends on how the lawsuit pans out. There's no way in hell Nintendo will get 100% damages of what they claim, since they refuse to sell many of the games they insist they're losing profit off of. And this lawsuit also involves many properties Nintendo doesn't even own the rights to.
