So a 4 minute wait before it starts downloading is my internet? What?
Allow me to clarify. 4 minutes of nothing. Download not even started. Then less than one second to actually download the file. That's not my internet. 4 minutes of "waiting on download.vimm.net" isn't my internet. It's the site forcing a wait period, using resources to make me wait and keep the connection active, when just serving the file would be much faster and more efficient.

That's probably your internet, yes, Vimm has been limiting bandwidth, but I can download an 18mb file in 3 minutes, so your internet is probably acting up.
