Pocket PC games... CAB files?

I recently came across a couple old Dell Axim pocket PCs, while it appears there's a fair number of decent games for these devices, finding .CAB files is almost impossible!
There is a lot of *.exe downloads available, windows 7 & 10 don't recognize these old devices.
Any ideas???
