Electronics boutique. Get a Nyko AirFlo. Its basically the same as a ps2 controller, with 1 extra button. Its perfect, I use it for my nes, snes and genesis roms, and its a decent controller for just about any other game you play on the computer. I even have Vice City, and my controller works perfectly.
