... and you kept uploading filenames that had spaces! Evil, evil spaces! Really though, the filename for the .zip file doesn't matter since it's deleted anyway, but right now I'm using whatever you name it so spaces are a no-no. I had planned to generate a random filename on the server but haven't gotten around to that yet.
I see that you've been able to figure things out on your own. Zipping a whole folder isn't something I hadn't thought of. Were the error messages any help? Is there anything I could add to make them more helpful?

Problem was I was zipping the entire folder instead of just the pics creating a useless folder inside
