One of my teachers had a PS3 fat and he stopped that by setting up 2/3 fans to cool it. Not a suitable setup but if you want a PS3 Fat then you can't really have one at that point.
thats if your looking to jailbreak id recommend jail breaking a ps3 slim system because the phats get the yellow light of death easier from over heating
