ds roms being flagged as adware?

my anti virus (malwarebytes) detected 8 of my roms i downloaded as adware
theses are the roms i installed
sonic rush
pokemon black
pokemon platinum
mario 64 ds
kirby super star ultra
legend of zelda spirit tracks
pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of the sky
loz phantom hourglass
i dont know if is a false alarm or not but most of my other roms are fine
