Both Settings: Need to rotate the pages manually to be correct.
Top settings: Manual is not cropped, but huge white borders are introduced.
Bottom settings: Manual is cropped, but no white borders are introduced.
Note: Changing the paper size does nothing to resolve the matter.
Context: The manual was scanned and then saved as PNG images.
Since the system is not accepting ZIP files at the moment, trying to convert them into a PDF.

I'm sorry I have no idea what you are talking about. Could you provide a screen shot or two, please?
