Ugh, I was like 3/4 done with getting all WBFS games I wanted on Wii too. WBFS was a better pick because of compatibility with all formats. I too, would use these with USB Loader GX on my Wii U.
You can probably convert these back to iso format with the nkit program, then use the Wii backups manager to convert to WBFS. I think that's my plan unless there is a better option.

Does USB Loader GX support NKit? That's the main loader i use for my hacked Wii to play games on.
