Thanks, but, not happening. I'll just stick with smaller emulators and games like SNES or Sega.

A quick note: I believe Intel Optane is something used to speed up storage speeds? I'm not entirely sure on that as I'm not knowledgeable on those sorts of things.
So about the emulator, it appears you're running an integrated GPU, which are awful for most gaming tasks now-a-days. The iGPU in your system seems to be weaker than the Recommended specs for PCSX2, so I'm afraid the only choice you have for better framerates is an upgrade.
