Sorry, its epic mickey 2. most of the problems were occurring yesterday, and the day before. today it still does it, but less often. (yes, it is still downloading)
I'm experiencing the same issues. Trying to get Prime Trilogy and it starts with 300 KB/sec but quickly diminishes to under 75 KB/sec. Trying it 11 PM to 12 AM PST.
