So I just tried the version on here, 1.4 and was able to get the same problem as you.

The version I normally use is 1.2.1 and the game runs fine

I have no idea what is causing this. And my son just woke up so I won't be able to mess around with 1.4 until later tonight

My monitors are at 60Hz.

I just tried them at 59, and at 50, but neither fixed the issue. I restarted the emulator between each.

There isn't the second checkbox for the Vsync on mine like there is yours...could that be the issue?
