Actually I think the folder is just called NKit, not NKit + Gamecube
So try here:
NKit\Processed\GameCube

Did you use "NKit 1.4 + GameCube Partitions"? If so, it should be in something like
NKit 1.4 + GameCube Partitions\Processed\Gamecube
