Aha. See, it helps when you give me more information! I forgot to update the Emulation Lair to work with the new download code. You should be able to download emulators now.
Well for me, I'm trying to download the SNES emulator. I can't download it because it said "You have already downloaded a ROM today, let others have a chance to download" I haven't downloaded any ROMS, not even one! So how come it is showing that message?
