Don't all web browsers allow you to continue downloading from where you left off if something like that happens?

Try going to your download page for your browser and see. This is what mine looks like

Hello, I have been trying to convert iso and iso.dec and nkit Games to play on my console on a external HDD (wbsf) and need Nkit + Wii Partitions. I've tried downloading it 5 times where somewhere during the estimated 7 hour download time the file randomly crashes and I have to try all over. Why is this file keep crashing it holding me from completing my build and I'm struggling. Please help or share a file please.
