I'm still able to do two downloads at once. I just tried it out in the Playstation Vault and neither of them were Google Drive(I think that's where you have the smaller ones?) downloads

One of the disks in the Wii Vault is being cranky and I suspect there's a loose connection. I'm keeping an eye on it.

I'm also testing out a new way of enforcing one download per person. My tests worked nicely so I'll let it run overnight and keep an eye on it tomorrow.
