Wii Vault Download Issues

Hi,

I'm having an issue with the Wii vault. I realized I was downloading a game I had already downloaded so I canceled it. Since then, I haven't been able to download anything else. Regardless of the game I click on, it downloads a zero byte file and says it's done immediately. Power cycling my modem and restarting the computer doesn't work.

Also the speeds have been even slower since the Wii vault became active again since going done last week. Yesterday it took 8 hours to download COD modern warfare.
