Did you just move the folder there or did you actually install it there?

When you double click the VBA-M-2.1.4-x64 file, it will ask you where you want to install it

I have now moved it there, checked on the firewall, checked on the firewall in the app security itself, the folder is now in Program Files, AND IT STILL WILL NOT LAUNCH
