Ah, never knew that stuff was meant to be done AFTER Sephiroth.  I guess it's kind of like killing God in Dragon Warrior 7.  You know, no matter how I say that it just never sounds right....

I actually took the time to kill God, then afterwards when he finally died and I got... a worthless item!  Yay!  I kinda felt like, what's the point?  Have I been inducted into some elite club of deity slayers?  Am I going to rush out and brag to all my friends?  Have I wasted ten hours leveling my characters up high enough to kill God in 20 turns?  Bingo!  That really left me disappointed.

So are Ruby and Emerald any different?  Is it worth it?

I used to feel a sense of accomplishment after finishing an RPG, but most RPGs now are so easy that I don't feel I've accomplished anything at all.  I've changed the way I view RPGs now and try to just enjoy playing them.  After all, it's the journey that counts, right?  I think that's the reason I don't replay them anymore.  If I've already experienced the journey and I don't care about the destination, what's the point?  So, I simply move on to the next game.  Now that I've finally adopted this new attitude I seem to be enjoying myself more, but sometimes I wish there were more games worth playing again.

Emerald has more HP, but Ruby is by far the hardest. I beat Emerald on my first try, Ruby took like 7-8 tries. That bitch...

Emerald is the only one worth the effort though, for those Materias that contain all magic spells, all summons (infinite usage), and all commands. For Ruby you just get a gold chocobo, and if you didn't have one already then you must be some kind of retard. Not to mention it's a slow, stupid gold chocobo.
