this is the only wii game i've played on dolphin. the only other games i have are GC games for dolphin. but i do have a couple other emulators like citra just for reference as what my computer has handled, but it is a bit slow on that emulator. all the GC games i've played are nkit files as well and i nvr had that problem. 'tis odd. tried different backends, but some just made it worse by only showing the first screen
I just tested out the NKit version and the game runs fine for me.
Have you tried other games on Dolphin or is this the only one?
The only other thing I can suggest is try playing around with different backends on the emulator
