Oh apparently 7-Zip can compress PS2 ISOs into GZIP, which can also be read by PCSX2 without having to unzip it
So I'm looking at different compression methods for various systems and came across maxcso. It will compress both PS2 and PSP ISO files into CSO and not only that, but PCSX2 and PPSSPP can play them while they are compressed like that. Amazing
No more having to unzip PS2 and PSP games.
Not sure how its compares to just regular 7-Zip though. Might be worth checking out
