You first need to make sure that Windows recognizes both controllers by going to the Control Panel -> Game Controllers and checking the list of controllers. It should look something like this:
Then check to make sure that both controllers work by checking the properties. If they are working fine, then they should work in ZSNES.

We both plugged our controllers into the usb ports, but only one was registering anything. The other control was not being recognized by the program, I guess, so we couldn't play multiplayer. We tried a couple of other multi-player games but none worked. Can anyone explain to me how to use two controllers and play multi-player games? Thanks.
