I've tried everything I can think of but it's still hitting some internal limit. I'm only seeing the error once or twice an hour but it's still there.

My last resort is to rebuild the server with a different OS but that'll take all day, so unless I do it during peak hours I'll have to wait until the week after next.

Sounds like a good plan. I'm seeing around 1.2 mb/s average and the errors have all stopped. I also ditched Safari recently and didn't realize I have ads blocked as well so I turned ads on for the Lair, glad they help out.
